5 Year Limited Mechanical Warranty
Buss Innovations Ltd will supply replacement parts to resolve any mechanical failure causing the product to function improperly. Replacement parts will be supplied at no charge. Aesthetic degradation of the material finishes from regular use or even abuse is not covered by this warranty. Installations in educational facilities and student housing are not covered by this warranty. The warranty will protect the original purchaser. All warranty claims must be supported with photographic documentation along with a written description of the problem.
All sales are final, product returns are not accepted with one exception; the manufacturer will accept returns for replacement of any individual component that has a manufacturing defect.
